假设你的C#代码在本地机器上的Visual Studio中运行(而不是在Docker容器中),这里有两个问题。 首先,您没有将Cassandra容器上的任何端口暴露给主机。 特别是您需要的端口是9042因为CQL二进制协议接受客户端连接。 因此,例如,要将容器端口9042作为主机上的端口9042公开,您需要执行以下操作:

由于您使用的是Docker for Windows,因此您通过localhost主机公开的任何端口都将通过localhost127.0.0.1 。 所以,第二个问题就是当您在主机上运行的代码连接到Docker容器时,您尝试使用的IP地址。 您使用的IP地址是Docker内部桥接networking上的容器,因此只有当您的C#代码也在Docker容器(连接到同一个桥接networking)中运行时,IP地址才会起作用。
