我不是100％确定你的本地环境是如何设置的，但是如果你在同一台机器上运行这个ps -ef ，pts / xx上的一些/ bin / bash可能就是你的容器。
当你用序列分离一个容器时，它不会杀死你的容器，它会分离。 为了取回它，你可以运行docker attach <container name or container id> 。
但是，即使我没有看训练video，你的例子是错误的。 你启动一个已经分离的容器（使用docker run -d ），所以如果你尝试在这之后分离，它不会影响docker。
为了启动附加容器，以便稍后可以分离，应该使用docker run -i -t ubuntu:latest /bin/bash来代替。
当使用-d启动一个容器时，docker应该向你显示生成的ID，然后你可以附加到这个，然后用键序列分离。
