Wercker安装环境耗时过长，导致构build失败

我做了一个docker镜像，用于在Wercker中构build一个项目，我这样做是因为我认为已经安装在环境中的require包比在我的项目的每个构build中安装它们要好。

然而，现在韦克尔每次都不得不build立我的项目，原因是什么？ 超时，因为安装环境步骤需要超过5分钟。
