Docker容器无法运行

在docker，你不能通过本地主机连接到其他容器，因为每个容器是独立的，并有自己的IP。 你应该使用container_name:port 。 在你的例子中，它应该是db:27017从“web”中的NodeJS应用程序连接到“db”中的MongoDB。

所以这不是你的Dockerfile的问题。 这是来自NodeJS应用程序的连接URL，指向localhost而不是db。
