使用新的标签添加docker发布步骤到sbt-release过程
我将sbt-release插件集成到我们的项目中，以便将所有构build+发布任务委托给它。
它基本上是我们所需要的，但是我要添加一个额外的ReleaseStep：发布一个Docker镜像。 这是我目前的releaseProcess（按照这个 ）：

在我有限的理解，似乎像sbt-release和sbt-docker（或者sbt-native-packager，我都试过）不共享相同的构build上下文？ 这些东西呢？
sbt-release在sbt-docker开始之前成功地更改了version.sbt文件，但是后者仍然不介意。

所以，我实现了两个东西：一个“释放”过程，也构build一个Docker镜像，还有一个自定义任务“publishSnapshot”，它是对“发布”的扩展（发布快照和Docker镜像;也被称为“当我只能做sbt publish dockerBuildAndPush “）。
